The challenge

Verónica Madrigal already had her own brand direction worked out: a Japandi-inspired identity bridging Mexico and Japan, warm neutrals, a single red accent, and an editorial voice across services, projects, and journal. The challenge was turning that direction into a clear UX/UI system and a fast, polished production site without losing the intention in the handoff.

I shaped the information architecture, flows, responsive interfaces, and visual system, then carried that work through front-end development so the experience stayed coherent from the first wireframe to the shipped site.

My approach

What I did

01

Built the site in Next.js, translating Verónica's Japandi-inspired identity (washi paper textures, botanical shadows, a single red accent) into real, responsive components instead of static comps.

02

Structured the multi-section architecture (Servicios, Proyectos, Conversaciones, Blog, and her personal project Mekishico®) so each area reads as part of one coherent practice, not a patchwork of pages.

03

Kept the bilingual, editorial content (long-form service descriptions, project write-ups, blog posts) fast and easy for her to maintain going forward.

04

Built the Agente Editor Web con IA, a private conversational panel where Verónica can request a change in plain language, attach content and images, and review a live desktop/tablet/mobile preview before anything publishes, so editorial requests stay human-approved end to end.

01 · Frame the right problem

The right product starts with the right problem.

The first step is reducing ambiguity: understanding what people are trying to accomplish and where the current experience breaks down.

The Website

Design with intention. Stories that connect.

The homepage hero leads with Verónica herself and her own tagline, built to match her existing Japandi-inspired identity down to the shadow of a single branch.

Services: Clarity to Build

Five services (Strategy, Branding, Websites, Content, and an AI web editor) laid out as one continuous practice rather than a generic service grid.

Projects: Ideas That Find Their Own Shape

A project index built to scale as she adds new case studies, including her own personal project, Mekishico®.

AI Web Editor

Request, Review, Approve

A private conversational panel: Verónica writes the request, attaches content and images, and sees a live preview before anything goes out, so every edit keeps a human checkpoint.

One flow, every screen size

The same receive → build → review → approve logic holds across desktop, tablet, and mobile, so reviewing a change on her phone works exactly like it does at her desk.
